2 weeks weight loss challenge

Last year I lost 30lbs through intermittent fasting and a crazy workout routine. I loved loved myself and the work I put in.

Sometime in March I fell off the exercise and healthy eating wagon as is to be expected considering I have had a lifetime of bad habits.

I want to challenge myself for 2 weeks to eat healthy again (no carbs and once a day) and to work out at least 2 hours a day (this isnt difficult, I love working out).

Yesterday something happened that put me in the mindframe to commit to this 2 week challenge. I forgot my car keys at home when I went to home depot to return a rental truck. As a result I had to walk back home to retrieve my keys (I could have ubered right? No, I need daily outdoor exercise). I had always had the desire to walk from my home to the Home Depot. I imagined it was a horrendously long walk. Turns out it is only 3.8 mile walk. I walked it in 1hr 12 mins. I realized I had desired to do something I could easily have done. It got me thinking …

So the next two weeks I am going to chase a 10lbs weight loss, through strict eating and exercise. Lets see!
