How I did that and how you can do it as well

First of all I would like to clarify that I am not a health expert and I didnt study any of these, but I had a book that changed my behaviour and made me lose so much weight. That book is called “4 hour body” by Tim Ferriss.
If you want a deep dive in methods you can use to lose weight, I would recommend buying his book. Those following are the methods I used in my first week without any training necessary.

The most important thing if you want to lose weight is your mind. Seems paradox at first, but it is not. If you think you can not do it, then you can not succeed.
The 3 components of weight loss
There are 3 classes of food you will be allowed to eat.
Proteins: Eggs, Chicken/Chickenbreast, Meat and Fish
Legumes: Lenses, beans
Vegetables: all kind but especially spinach and other green vegetables
Thats it, yes thats basically it.
In every meal you should have all 3 components and you can mix them as you wish. I personally made 3 meals I would eat everyday for the week. It seems boring, but that method is to lose weight, not to make you happy short term.
In addition to that there are those 5 rules you need to have in mind:
- No white carbohydrates like bread
- Schedule the times you eat
- Dont drink calories, water can be exciting too if you stop drinking other things
- No fruits, because the fructose could slow your weight loss
- Have one cheat day
With those methods I managed to lose weight pretty fast and I will continue changing my diet, because I felt a lot better after 2 weeks with even better results. There are some additional ways and explanations in the book, so I would recommend the book to everyone.
