Tom Brooks has become one of the ultimate villains on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days after insulting Darcey Silva’s weight, but he has gone through a weight loss transformation himself. Tom and his fan-favorite sister, Emma Jayne Brooks, went on a fitness journey together and managed to lose a combined 100 pounds. Though many B90 fans hold a grudge against Tom for his treatment of Darcey, they are impressed by his weight loss and impeccable style.
Tom appeared on Before the 90 Days seasons 3 and 4 after getting into a relationship with U.S. native, Darcey. After Darcey traveled to England, it was clear that they were a mismatched pair. They had several screaming matches, were never on the same page about their relationship, and were one of 90 Day Fiancé’s most toxic couples, so it came as no surprise when they called it quits.
Before the 90 Days fans were shocked when it was revealed Tom had moved on with another woman without even telling Darcey. They ended things, but not before he accused her of gaining weight, and both 90 Day stars had weight loss transformations since then. Tom is known as a posh British man, who is usually found wearing stylish suits.

He also has his hair gelled back, and fans have called his looks (not his behavior) on the show classy. After seeing himself on TV, Tom has worked out and gotten noninvasive weight loss procedures to get his dream body. His ex-girlfriend, Darcey, also insisted that he had gotten Botox after their dramatic breakup.

It would not be a Tom Brooks Instagram post if he was wearing anything but a suit. His fashionable sneakers paired with a blue suit and a yellow pop of color in the pocket square won fans over. 90 Day Fiancé fans showed him love for the ensemble, and added that his facial hair was slimming. Like many other stars, Tom Brooks has used his Instagram to promote weight loss drinks in the past, though he has since deleted the posts.
Present Day Moves
Tom looks more loved up than ever in this Instagram photo with Mariah Fineman, after both appeared on 90 Day Diaries. He showed off his fun dance moves and his slimmer figure in an adorable video with Mariah. Fans jokingly suggested that he join the cast of Dancing with the Stars after seeing his moves. Not only is Tom in higher spirits since 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, he is happier with himself and is in great shape.
