Cheltenham man accused of stealing £1,500 worth of plants from Norton Garden Centre, Gloucestershire

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Cheltenham man accused of stealing almost £1,500 worth of plants from Norton Garden Centre at Down Hatherley, near Gloucester.

Danny Sheerin, 44, of Lipson Road, Springbank, did not attend Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 16, to face the charge of theft of garden plants valued at £1,475 on from the garden centre on April 24, 2021 and the warrant was issued.

At the same hearing Judy Sheerin, 69, of Evington Court, Edinburgh Place, Cheltenham, faced the same theft charge as well as a further allegation of stealing £280 worth of Yankee Candles from Norton Garden Centre, also on April 24, 2021.

Her case was adjourned till 7th October after she became unwell whilst waiting at court.
