Some say its easy to lose weight,that is by starving. They say that by starving you lose calories by burning the fat in your body and i can help in weight loss.

But according to paediatrics and many more starving is not good idea for weight loss and it upsets your body more than helping you with losing your weight.

Due to starving , it reduces energy and burns calories slowly but it reduces muscle mass more than fat and make your bones weak. Also starving can be meant as unhealthy lifestyle as it disturbs the metabolism of the body.

Due to starving, it depreciates the level of nutrition the body thus causing memory loss as to maintain brain health certain amount of fat and calories is required,hair loss and body feels fatigue without even doing nothing.

Hence, losing weight by starving the body is not a healthy practice. It can be even done in healthy ways by walking, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy foods rich in fibre, and by avoiding sugary and refined food products and exercising regularly.
