The beautiful Port Lincoln two-storey four-bedroom home on Lincoln Cove Marina was built by the Adelaide Crows champ, 36, and wife Tracey Grahan in 2015, soon after the couple were married.

Originally purchased by the couple in 2010, the 498sqm property sits right on the edge of the water and offers stunning views.

Inside, the big open plan scale of the rooms gives a holiday atmosphere and the large wrap-around windows offer plenty of light.

Each level has its own oversized lounge and there’s also a self-contained entertainment area.

There are three generous bathrooms and the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite, and to top things off, a panoramic view of Lincoln Cove.

The large kitchen has been beautifully designed with island bench, under bench oven, gas cooktop and walk-in pantry.

Erin, the most decorated player in AFLW, spent many holidays in the Port Lincoln coastal area as a child, so parting with the property won’t be easy.

‘We stayed a lot at the caravan park and with family friends and had the best time together. It was the most fun I ever had as a kid,’ she said.

‘It breaks our heart but unfortunately we can’t get there as much as we would like to.’

Until the sale, the home has had a history as a short-term holiday rental.

Erin and Tracey were married in the US in 2014m, after meeting seven years earlier while they were both playing basketball for the Adelaide Lightning.

Their children are 5-year-old twins, Blake and Brooklyn, and youngest, Drew, 3.

Earlier this month Erin helped to lead Adelaide win their third premiership, when the Crows beat Melbourne in the AFLW Grand Final.
