An appeal has been launched after a ‘Buddah ornament’ was stolen from a garden in Orkney.
Police were called to Buttquoy Crescent, after receiving reports that the garden ornament had been stolen on Friday evening.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses and have identified two male suspects wearing hooded tops that were last seen entering a white hatchback in the direction of Dundas Crescent.
A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information regarding the theft of a garden ornament in the shape of a Buddha taken from a garden in Buttquoy Crescent.
“Two males wearing hooded tops were seen making off, entering a white hatchback in the direction of Dundas Crescent.”
