Ariana Grande sells her Hollywood Hills home for $14 million at a small profit… just weeks after getting a 5-year restraining order against stalker
Singer Ariana Grande is moving out of the Hollywood Hills, just over year after spending $13.7 million on the abode.
The 28-year-old singer sold the home on Wednesday for a cool $14 million to an undisclosed buyer, according to TMZ.
The sale comes just weeks after the singer was granted a five-year restraining order against a stalker named Aharon Zebulun Brown, 23, who allegedly brandished a large hunting knife at the home she just sold.

The 10,094-square-foot home sat on a 0.35-acre lot in the famous ‘Bird Streets’ neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills.
The abode featured four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, with other amenities including a fitness studio, wellness center and 300-bottle wine cellar.
The outdoor area features a spacious pool and stunning views of Los Angeles.

It was reported in September that Brown managed to get onto Grande’s property, threatening to kill her and her security team while brandishing a hunting knife.
Police were called and Brown attempted to flee on foot but he was ultimately apprehended and taken into custody.
The singer filed for a restraining order, stating, ‘I am fearful for my safety and the safety of my family. I fear that absent a restraining order, Mr. Brown will continue to come to my home and attempt to physically harm or murder me or members of my family.’

She was granted a five-year restraining order from Brown in early October by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Reginald Neal.
Grande purchased the home in June 2020 just weeks after she married real estate agent Dalton Gomez, and also just weeks after dealing with yet another stalker.
The singer, and her mother Joan, was granted another five-year restraining order against Fidel Henriquez, who was ordered not to come within 100 yards of their homes and vehicles.

He was caught on the singer’s property in March 2020 after following a delivery truck through the gates, before knocking on her mother’s door with a hand-written love letter to her daughter.
That same month Grande was ‘swatted’ by someone, who called police claiming that shots were being fired at her home.
Grande can currently be seen on the 21st season of The Voice, which continues with the third Knockout Round on Monday, November 1.
