The three-time Olympian Derval O’Rourke, 40, is a multiple Irish record holder in the 60m and 100m hurdles. Since her competition days, O’Rourke has become a prominent commentator, a coach on RTE’s Ireland’s Fittest Family, and a cookbook author. She founded Derval.ie, a subscription platform where she offers advice on health and wellbeing. She lives in Cork with her husband, the fellow Olympian Peter O’Leary, and their children Dafne, six, and Archie, two.
