Bloomington (WEEK) – Higher Harvest had their first Croptober on Sunday.

Croptober is the harvest season for many cannabis crops.

It normally lasted throughout October.

Owners of Higher Harvest invited the community to celebrate the harvest.

There was live glass blowing, food, raffles, guest vendors, and giveaways.

The event was a chance to spread knowledge for growing plants.

“This is the place where you can come. It’s not our way or the highway here, we know there’s a lot of right ways to do this. There’s many questions and many unknowns, and we’re here to provide that. To bring the community together, and they can share all there ins and outs,” Co-Owner of Higher Harvest Dan Miller said.

The event also offered class signups for those interested in learning more about growing.
