Two care homes and a home help service have fallen short of the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission.
Yew Tree Residential Care Home at Dowsby has been put into special measures following a catalogue of errors uncovered during a series of inspections.
The Willows at Rippingale and New Hope Care Rutland were also rated as ‘requiring improvement’.
