“Cycling was low impact and didn’t cause any pain, I could just cycle my anxiety and depression away.

“In just one year alone, I’ve changed my whole life, not just a percentage but my whole life.

“I can do every day things, simple things like tying my shoe laces, doing the dishes or taking my daughter to the park.”
Five months ago he set up a weight loss group of fellow residents in Winsford, Cheshire, who were inspired by his story.
And will be going on a bike ride to raise money to go towards the class.
He told CheshireLive : “It started about five months ago, a lot of people were messaging me saying they couldn’t believe what I was doing and asking for advice.
“I found myself inviting people to train with me to alleviate their anxiety too, one thing led to another and now I run a boxing circuit class.
Just to have people there, talking, laughing and enjoying themselves, that’s what I want.
“I want to raise as much money as possible to basically get my own place, that’s the end goal.”
