I am a U.S. Army retired Lieutenant Colonel. I have been teaching high school JROTC for 16 years, as well as online college management courses for over five years. I have two master’s degrees — an MS in Human Resources Management, and an MBA. I have years of experience in management and professional and personal development. I really enjoy teaching, mentoring, and motivating others, regardless of their ages, experiences, and backgrounds. My experiences in helping others have helped my personal growth and development. In my philosophy, I place a heavy focus on empathy, and I am far more accepting of all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds and belief systems because of that focus.
