General Index: Like a path, we want to take, but we do not know where it is or where we are going to get a good result and cope with life uncertainty; Now what an example of this: For example, I want to have fun, or I want to work on my personal branding, or I want to work in a big company. Summary of the characteristic path, but the details are not clear now, and we will make it more specific in the path.

Specific index: Specific index says it’s to be done. For example, this programming or design course must be passed. For example, if I had the goal of reading 10 books in English to improve my conversation, in this next stage I know where I want to go. And what actions should I take?

Some indicators are general and remain the same, we need to specify some indicators to be able to do it, now after determining what the indicators are, we have to prioritize and give them a period of time that we think will take time and give a deadline for Doing it should not be forgotten because it really helps.

Getting started is a really big part of your journey and it’s really worth it. I realized last year that I should no longer put some things on my to-do list and extend that list because it hurts the quality of work and anxiety. and as a result, things that were usually repeated every day. I considered it a kind of habit and routine.

For example, instead of writing down what I do to improve my language or reading a book, I separate them and identify and do the main work and the problem we want to solve. And it made my mind more relaxed and fresh, and at the same time I did those everyday things with good quality and performance and good consistency, and I could even see with Habit Track how successful I was in doing my habits.

Planning is like designing an exercise that a coach does for his student, except that you are both in your own role and you have to pay attention to which training system you grow better in. How to plan flexibly? And how do we know that this program no longer works? And the main thing is which work you go forward with and which one is enjoyable for you. In order not to be excited at first and forget everything two days later, then the first step is to remember to see which planning style is right for me, from the tools we use for planning to plan items, Remember that your planning and style may be different and not at all similar to what you read about in any programming content, so don’t forget to observe and focus on yourself and experiment.
