I’ve always admired the skill and talent it takes to play a musical instrument well.
Not just plonking keys because you’re parents made you, but being truly passionate about playing.
I have tried and failed to be proficient in an instrument many times. I took Piano as a kid, then violin, and most recently Cello. And while I do enjoy the Cello, I am still a novice and not that great at it.
With school picking up, I haven’t exactly had time to play or go to lessons anymore, which leaves me disheartened since I wanted to learn an instrument so badly,
but now is just not the time.
I may throw myself into that skill later, but for now, I’ll be focusing on my artwork and designs.
When you are a young adult, stuff is still possible, but patience is still needed.
Have you ever had to choose between two things you loved?
