Fiber is one of the most important nutrients that you must include in your diet. It helps to maintain a balanced weight, and it also has many other health benefits. Eating more fiber will help you to lose weight, lower your cholesterol levels, improve your digestion, prevent constipation and even reduce your risk of heart disease. When you eat more fiber, it will make you feel fuller for longer periods of time. In fact, you should aim to get at least 30 grams of fiber every day.
