Include 50% of daily calories intake in Lunch because at this time digestion is strong. Take fewer calories in Dinner and eat Dinner before 7’o’clock. Avoid refined carbohydrates like sweets, sugary juices, and oily food items.

Drink one tablespoon of honey in one glass of lukewarm water. If you want you can also add a few drops of lemon to it. Drink it empty stomach daily morning.

Make a diet plan from any Dietician. Do exercise under the guidance of an expert. Remember weight gains very fast but it takes time to reduce, so do not believe in fast methods of reducing it. It can cause harm.
