This history-making Leicester City side reach another milestone tonight. Having claimed the first FA Cup in the club’s 138-year existence, they have now become the first City team to play in a European semi-final.
Standing in their way of a trip to Albania for the Europa Conference League final at the end of May are Jose Mourinho’s Roma. It’s two legs against the Serie A side, starting at home, and City will hope they can get a positive result tonight to take to the Stadio Olimpico.
They proved it’s not decisive in the quarter-final when they drew 0-0 at home to PSV Eindhoven before winning in the Netherlands. PSV played a defensive game in that first leg, and there’s a possibility the pragmatic Mourinho may take a similar approach.
