A family home in Melbourne’s north is peppered with bullets – just days after a major underworld figure in the city survived after being shot four times in the chest.
According to Victoria Police, a home on Broadleaf Drive, Epping, in the city’s north was targeted with multiple shots fired, hitting the house and the car in the driveway.
There were five people inside at the time of the shooting.
No one was injured in the shooting with police appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

The incident comes after a string of shootings in Melbourne over the past week which started on Saturday when former bikie gang member known as ‘The Punisher’, Suleiman ‘Sam’ Abdulrahim was shot multiple times in Fawkner.
A man armed with a screwdriver was also shot by police in Coburg on Monday after allegedly confronting detectives.
The man was wanted for questioning over a death of a man in Albanvale on Saturday and remains in a serious condition in hospital.
