If you are feeling snacky, then instead of reaching for a bag of chips, prepare this filling and super delicious Paneer Tikka Roll. You can also have it for dinner, make sure you do not have your dinner too late in the night. Marinate paneer cubes by adding curd, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, besan, chat masala and garam masala. Add one chopped onion and capsicum. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Now take a non-stick pan and grease it with some oil. Put the marinated paneer in the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Do not overcook. For the roll, place a chapati on the pan and put some pieces of paneer tikka on it. Add chopped onions, green chutney, tomato ketchup and some mayonnaise. Roll the chapati, cook it for 1 minute and serve hot with mint dip.
