The hardships in life, the difficulties, the challenges… All these strengthen you.
They have a purpose.

Growth is found in the obstacles, and overcoming them.
The time when you face most discomfort, when you are most uncomfortable, that’s the time when you grow the most.
Does that make you uncomfortable?
Good.

What we want is to make the world a better place, a more beautiful, more enchanting place. And the obstacles are many, and colossal. This forces us to be colossal in our endeavours, and in our cooperation.
Everything has a cause and possibly a reason.
The reason might be that whenever an obstacle blocks our path forward, they force us to generate more — more energy, more creativity, more consciousness.
If we don’t rise to the occasion and grow, then the occasion, the obstacle… It’ll crush us.
No power comes for free. Great changes require great sacrifices.
Great changes require a sacrifice of comfort.
Great changes require that we overcome ourselves.
That we overcome the obstacles.
We overcome the obstacles inside ourselves by overcoming the obstacles outside yourselves.
As above, so below. As within, so without.
So run a marathon. Take a cold shower. Lift weights like one in hell 🏋️

Write an article on Medium.com everyday for a month.
Challenge yourself.
Be creative with the obstacles you create.
The only requirement is that it’s uncomfortable.
That you feel resistance.
Conquer the mind and the world will change to accommodate and contribute to your growth.
It’s quite possible that your dreams are incompatible with your growth. If not, then you have an almighty ally by your side on the quest for excellence.
But hey, you already have. It just becomes a little bit more intense.
It’s your mission. It’s the mission for all of us.
It’s the way.
