Your significant other may ask you to watch TV while you’re supposed to be studying and you’ll have to say no. Never allow your partner to stop you. You can say no if you want.

We all play by the rules. Rules are a natural part of life, although they can be tough to swallow occasionally. You must protest constructively if you refuse to open up your gut and digest them. If people continue to whine about rules they dislike and take no action, everyone’s time is wasted. Although you have the ability, you are not quick to use it.

Unfortunately, many people seek solace in alcohol or drugs to overcome their struggles. If you do not want to be one of these people, do not do it.

You have a variety of choices in life. Great possibilities and terrible options await you daily. When you do anything wrong, don’t linger on the mistake but draw out your resources to learn from your mistake and do things differently next time.
