We bought three cubic metres of soil improver for £408 from the website Online Soil. It was delivered and the next day we noticed several blades of grass growing out of the top. To our horror it was couch grass, a garden nightmare.
I have contacted the company and it said that this was not a problem. We explained that it was, and after several exchanges it agreed to allow us to return the improver at our expense, which would be extortionate. I feel that this is unacceptable as our reasons for return are justified. We just wanted to improve our garden, not create further problems.
