A super gourmet fondant recipe that requires only 5 ingredients.

55 g unsweetened chocolate (at least 85% cocoa)
1 C. tablespoons super fine almond flour
55 g unsalted butter add more to butter the ramekins
2 eggs
3 and 1/2 tsp. tablespoons powdered sweetener of your choice
1/Preheat the oven to 175°C and butter 2 ramekins.
2/Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat
3/Beat your eggs well (if possible with an electric mixer)
4/Add the beaten eggs, sweetener and almond flour to your chocolate and mix well.
5/Pour into the 2 ramekins
6/Put in the oven and cook for 9 minutes, so that the top is still doughy.
7/Serve the fondants warm.
If you are using almond flour that is not extra fine, increase the amount to 1 1/2 tbsp.
You can dress your dessert with a mint leaf, small nuts, or even by adding powdered sweetener on top!
You can enjoy this fondant without having a guilty conscience, whether for a snack or for dessert!.
