FESTIVE FREEBIES: Who doesn’t love fairy lights in the garden? But before you splash the cash, check whether your Christmas tree lights are suitable for outdoor use.
Many are battery-powered and can be wound around your garden foliage, just as easily as they went on the tree in December.
Saves you from buying twice, and means you get the benefit all year round.
