Now I look at my red tea cup with a little smile. It is perfect.

Every time I step back, I think “Wow, I really do have a great life.”
And I don’t have a huge amount. But now I’m living the happiest life imaginable because I’m looking at what I have and not what I don’t have.
Often we worry about the future, feeding our thoughts with negative scenarios.
We think:
- “If only I had a little more money to pay my rent, my bills…”
- “Ah if I didn’t have to worry about these pains anymore.”
- “If only I could spend more time with my family.”
Your life is not limited to your desires and fantasies that you would like to manifest in your life, that is mostly what is happening right now! All the things you are experiencing right now.
The smiles on your children’s faces, your friends’ faces, the faces of those who matter to you. All of that is there just for you. And that’s what makes me smile.
