We will be having a detailed look at this question and see what we can conclude!
This is no doubt one of the most commonly asked questions about weight loss and people usually confuse themselves in this question
I have read a lot of articles regarding this question and here is my honest opinion:
As we know, weight loss occurs on the principle of Calorie Deficit?
We all know that to lose weight we need to burn fat and our body will only burn fat when we will be providing it with a little less than the required energy!
So, to lose weight we have to reduce our calories (energy unit) forcing our body to burn fat.
A calorie deficit can be created in two ways:
1. By Dieting
2. By Exercising
most experts who have helped a lot of people to lose weight prefer diet as a better option to get into a calorie deficit
I personally also prefer dieting as a better way to get into an effective calorie deficit
The reason behind this is eating healthy is way easier than forcing yourself daily to exercise.
Also, if you don’t have a good diet regardless of how much exercise you do, you won’t lose weight
A single burger takes 2 miles of run to get burned successfully by our body! if the burger is not used by our body it will be stored in our body in the form of fat.
So, exercise in my opinion is not superior to dieting when it comes to weight loss because without keeping an eye on what you eat, I can’t see a way to lose weight!
Stopping yourself from eating a burger is way easier than a forcing yourself to go on a two-mile run.
If you want to lose weight fast then what I would personally suggest to you is that you combined diet with exercise.
This will not only help you lose that belly fat weight faster than anything it will also ensure that your body builds muscle at the same time
The scientific reason behind this is, when you will eat healthy food you will already be in a calorie deficit and when you add exercise to it you will burn even more calories making you go on a used calorie deficit!
And, everyone knows that the more the calorie deficit faster an individual will lose weight
If you are a busy person and don’t have the time to exercise,
No problem you can just eat healthily and be in a calorie deficit and you will start losing weight!
If you have time to exercise then you can combine both of the factors namely the exercise and diet together to maximize the results.
