If there’s something I can’t stand (in addition to outlandish diets being “the answer” — but not for the reasons you might think), is how the industry seems to have the “Lose X pounds in & days” mindset.
And the issue is not really on the claims…
the issue is the false expectations these claims create.
Can you lose 40 pounds in 30 days? Probably.
Does that mean you should do it, or what’s more… that it’s going to work for you? I don’t know.
But what I do know is this.
For most people, the simple idea of losing about 1 pound per day (or more) is not only great, but they often find disappointment 2 weeks after when they see that they either haven’t lost as much as they thought they will — or they are stuck (which is normal).
I’d rather choose a system that lets me lose as much or as little weight as I want…
but that shows me what to do every time I get stuck.
That alone would put me in a better position to lose fat AND keep it off…
Because while I might “only” lose 5 or 10 pounds in 30 days, I know that:
- What I need to do to keep losing the same rate of weight
- I won’t gain that weight back
And I’d go that route every single time instead of going diet after diet without keeping the results.
I say this because not only I’ve been in the industry for 10 years now, but I’ve been the same person who sacrificed the idea of keeping my weight off by trying to lose as much weight in as little time as possible.
Now, I don’t have to do any of that.
In fact, I don’t even have to sacrifice my favorite food, go out with friends or family, or feel like I’m starving myself to do this.
I discovered the science of fat loss is simple.
All you have to do is get the building block of all diets in the right place, and when you have it laid out in a simple system that shows you what to do when you get stuck or don’t see results, fat loss becomes predictable.
This is Why I went on and put everything together into my ebook “Fat Loss On Demand” and give everyone who wants to stop going diet after diet.
If you want to know more about it and get your digital copy (along with 3 Bonuses), click here.
Just know that whatever you do with your diet, find something that gives you the entire roadmap and that it’s not based on a specific diet as “the only way” to lose fat.
Yes, there’s only one way to lose fat… but that way is by using the building block of all diets.
So keep that in mind.
