Did you know that 99% of the things you worry about don’t happen. Thats INSANE! Think about how many things you have worried about, then think about how many of them have actually happened. Not many right?
There are a certain steps you should take to solve any problem. This is a steps to take to solve any problem.
Find out what it really is you are worried about. A lot of the times this can find a way to solve the whatever it is you’re worried about.
Find out what was the worse thing. For example if you were to fail a test than your grade would come down. In most situations you will see that the worst thing that can happen won’t be that bad, and that you will eventually recovery.
Say to yourself that “(worst outcome) won’t kill me. I’ll find a way to get along.” Most stress comes from not being able to accept the worst thing happening so by doing this you are getting rid of most of the stress.
Do everything in your power to make sure that the worst outcome doesn’t come true. Also take steps so that even if it does happen you can bounce back as quickly as possible. Do something, anything! By waiting you are just adding to the stress, get busy so that the worst thing doesn’t happen and you have nothing to worry about.
The only cure for your worry’s is an action in the direction of your goals. Get busy in solving your problems so you you don’t have the time to be worried or stressed about your problems.
