Don’t sweat it!
Three days ago, I published an article about my 100 days of content challenge right here on this page. It’s been three days, this is my first post. The goal is to post 100 pieces of content in 100 days. I came to the realization that I don’t have to post every single day of the week. I have to post 100 pieces of content, it can be two pieces in one day, none at all or three pieces in one day.
I love challenges, I thrive when I set challenges for myself. I am obsessed with challenges, I can admit that.
The truth is, you don’t need to put too much pressure on yourself. Set a challenge but if you fall off, start again. Jump right back on the horse!
Today is day four of the challenge, my goal is to post three articles today.
My weight loss journey is going well, I’m going back to the gym next week. This pandemic has thrown me off my gym workouts, I’ve been walking every day but I want to go back to the gym. There is something special about working out with like-minded people.
This article is just a reminder, if you fall off, jump right back on the horse. You can do it!
