Sydney-siders are in for a treat with Banrangaroo’s best rooftop bar.
Untied is being transformed into a pretty, shimmery pink oasis every Wednesday which’ll be accompanied by matching pink-themed bites and cocktails.
You can book in for a three-course set menu for $79pp and it includes;
Pumpkin & Pink Beet Coconut Dip with Pepita Granola and Sourdough.
Slow Cooked Beef Cheek Taco with Pickled Spanish Onion & Pepperberry Sour Cream Espuma.
Untied Fried Chicken with Hasselback Potato with Nduja Honey Butter, Corn On The Cob with Parmesan and Toasted Milk, House Slaw, Country Ranch and Franks’ Hot Sauce.

The bar will also be hosting live music with local artists so you KNOW the vibes will be immaculate.
Your package ALSO includes TWO HOURS of Untied’s Signature Frosé Your Way which looks as ridiculously incredible as it sounds.
It offers guests a choice of six fruity frosé flavours and you can GARNISH YOUR OWN DRINK with an insane selection of nostalgic candies and dried fruits.
