Troy Center residents get creative with DIY wreaths – Saratogian

At Troy Center on Marvin Avenue, residents have been getting together to create DIY Wreaths, such as 85-year-old Joyce McCampbell from Mechanicville. She and a handful of residents have been so into their wreaths because the goal is to hang them on from their door at Troy Center. (Photo provided)
